Michael is our Director of Experience Innovation here at JMARK. His role is cross-functional with a purpose to create and optimize better experiences for both clients and employees.
As an active member of the Customer Experience community, Michael has spoken twice at the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) Global Insights Exchange. He holds the certified customer experience professional (CCXP) designation and has trained over 1,000 students to prepare for the exam. He holds his master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and contributed to the official CXPA whitepaper on Machine Learning.
When not working with JMARK, Michael can be found engaged in the local animal rescue community. He is the author of CCXP Exam Preparation; all profits from this book support local animal rescues.
